it is occurring due to post viral rash and will go away in next two or three days and do not worry about the voice it will also become normal in next 2 to 3 days

Fever  is the illness due to reaction of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is considered as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses ,but if it continues further you should consult your doctor for proper treatment. if the temperature is not controlled by paracetamol alone meftal p can be given in between as a single dose but only under medical guidance.these medicines will also work to relieve any pain or body ache to a good extent. but in case of infection in which the fever is associated with other problems also it is recommended to get the clinical examination done and get a proper treatm9=ent done by a doctor.
