#AskTheExpert my 6minth baby always have constipation. His poop is almost of blackish color. plz suggest remedies

A. Infant commonly become constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly.. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids. yrst
