#AskTheExpert my 6 yrs old school going girl is not eating properly... she has bad toilet habits... and always has stomach pain.. what should be done to increase her appetite

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it would be good to inculcate good habits early age appropriate. Make sure to try to make a routine for her so as she is school going - wake her up at a time - let her go to the washroom ( though don’t pressurize it - but teach her tell her the benefits if it etc ) the first thing in the morning - brush - bath - etc
