Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl8 months agoA. hi reason depends on three things - breastfeeding - iron fortified formula and last is infection so if child is having low weight gain , there is mucus in stool ,if stool consistency is too watery or hard like pebble , child seems irritable ,you should consult your pediatrician
