Hello maβam It could be due to stomach infection also but since without proper checkup I cannot tell you this with surety so I would advise you to consult your doctor and if the motions are much so it would be better for you to go for a proper stool test to be more sure about it as that way you will come to know what is the issue and accordingly a medication can be suggested
