A. If your 4-year-old baby girl has sticky eyes since yesterday, it could be due to a mild eye infection like conjunctivitis or a blocked tear duct. Common signs include watery eyes, yellow or green discharge, redness, or mild swelling. To help her recover, gently clean her eyes with a clean cotton pad soaked in lukewarm water, wiping from inside to outside. Keep her hands clean and avoid touching or rubbing the eyes. If the stickiness continues for more than a day or is accompanied by redness, swelling, or fever, it's best to consult a pediatrician or eye specialist for proper treatment.
