Q.

#AskTheExpert my 4 year old son was tested positive for covid.. had mild symtoms of fever and nose block... he was all fine throughout 2 weeks... and tested negative.. but he has started coughing around 10th day after testing positive..on 25 he was tested negative but he still have cough and nose blocks at nights... is there anytg to worry.. should I give him Alex Junior

A. hi, give Alex junior as advice. Warm honey with a few drops of fresh holy basil (tulsi) juice and fresh ginger juice to relieve the throat discomfort and improve immunity. You many also add some turmeric in food. Keep the child comfortable in warm surroundings. Sleeping may be tough because of nose and throat congestion. Use an inclined bedding, raised at the head to help sleep better. do follw up visit with paedriatian
