#AskTheExpert My 4 year daughter had little stomach ache and was having light fever. Then while having lunch she is vomiting lots of cough or sticky liquid from 2 days. Also having running nose.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicijune can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
