#asktheexpert My 4 months old daughter keeps on waking up from deep sleep after 90 minutes for throwing up and then she is unable to asleep. This disturbs her sleep daily and cannot sleep calm. Can I please know what can stop this as I am making her burp after every feed and before sleeping too.

Hello ma’am Try to feed your child at least 1 to 1 1/2 before you put your child to sleep because certain times that way the child’s milk is not digested well which is why your child throws up but if you maintain a good gap of 1 to 1 1/2 hours between feeds time and sleep time probably this problem will be sorted
