#AskTheExpert my 4 month old formula fed baby is passing stools alternate day, is it normal? also he's struggling a bit while passing stools, is there any medicine that will help him ease the pain??

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can givfe bonnisagn drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
