Q.

#asktheexpert My 4 month old baby sleeps 4 hrs in morning this include 1hr 7:30 to 8:30am, and longer 11am to 1pm in afternoon and a small nap around 6pm she goes to bed at 8pm, but she wakes up at around 4:30am or 5am.. is it OK? for baby of her age?

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of sleep and they will not have any problem.f (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep) f

A. Hello dear parent! Baby’s feeding and sleeping pattern keeps changing in the first few months. As long as baby is healthy and active, reaching milestones there is no need to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
