#asktheexpert my 4 month baby has wound on tongue. some one tells it s due to vitamin B deficiency.is it true?what s the remedy

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly applies zytee gel over the ulcer / paining area in the oral cavity. you can use your finger to apply the gel and rotate the finger blindly in the oral cavity. do not worry about the ingestion of this gel. this will only help in decreasing the pain as well as will help in faster healing. it is also advisable to start a multivitamin supplement after consultxing the doctor for this problemx. give fluids to the child. see that child is not suffering from constipation
