#asktheexpert My 3 yr old son gives trouble to sleep at night. Even if lights are off and we sleep with him silently, he takes more than an hour to fall asleep. Is he having any sleep issues? It's been like this for more than 6 months

A. do not allowed the baby to sleep during daytime have hot shower during night times a glass full of buffalo milk For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
