A. if non veg then: egg, non veg , organ meat green leafy vegetables black raisins, black til, adiv whole legumes and whole Dal's bajra, ragi, rajgira Citrus fruits, squeeze lemon on food for absorption avoid tea coffee 2 hours before after meals
