A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration

A. hi no it could be result of nutritional deficiencies or excess usage of cosmetic. so please give healthy well balanced diet to your child. give fruits like apple, pomegranate , Amala etc which are rich in antioxidants. instead of harsh shampoo, use gentle shampoo like Babyhug shampoo.
