Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water sand fibre diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child. You may have to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child from the pain. Constipation usually decreases with increasing age of the child anzd medicines give only symptomatic relief.

Aditi SinhaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, when she is constipated you can try food like fresh juices, coconut water, watery fruits and vegetables like cucumber, papaya, pears etc. foods like soaked resin, mousambi juices, prunes etc helps in constipation. also have lots of physical activity as it helps in proper digestion. Give balanced diet with lots if fruits vegetables, curd ghee etc.
