Q.

#AskTheExpert my 3 months daughter spits a lot of milk after every fed. And that too till next feed. She is approx 6kg or less. She was born with 3.67 kg weight. She doesnt seem to gaim weight. She feeds on formula milk. I also changed formula but it dint help.

A. Issue is every time she burps she vomits the milk. And its not occasional. This happens for whole day. Just not when she sleeps. And the amount of milk she spits is also more than what a child spits normally after feed.

A. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies due to reflux. Continue feeding until 6 months completion. Burp your baby after every feed. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care
