#AskTheExpert my 3 month old son is suffering from wet cough, breathlessness and cold. Our doctor has prescribed has prescribed mucolite and formentin ( anti biotic - dry powder). Can antibiotics be used on babies at such tender stage?

A. good morning there is absolutely no problem you can definitely go ahead and use antibiotics but I would recommend you to make sure that it is being used only as per the advice and recommendation of the doctor
