#AskTheExpert My 3 month old baby is passing green watery poop. He was passing 6-7 times in a day and he was advised to give z&d surup. frequency has slightly reduced to 4-5 poop but still watery and green in colour

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with a to z drops as advice.. do follw up visit with ur treating doctor. Mother’s milk is best for the baby so continue breast feeding. You should not stop feedings because A baby can become dehydrated very quickly without feedings.
