#AskTheExpert My 3.5 year daughter (13.2 kg weight) is having runny nose , sneazing from yesterday and today morning having mild fever.I have sinarest af 15 ml in my home. can I give that? what will be the dosage?

mam,mild illness doesn't need any medication.
so ,you can try some homemade remedies for this like :
give Massage with warm mustard oil and garlic pods.
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
dress your child lightly
