Q.

#AskTheExpert My 3.5 month baby has recently learnt to suck her thumb. Now she doesn't want to feed, and she'd slip her thumb into her mouth almost everytime I try to feed her. Her feeding duration has also decreased. What can I do??

A. She had been prescribed for kidrich vit d3 0.5 ml daily. And doctor has said to increase the dose to 1 ml from 4th month. Isn't 4 months too early for teething??

A. I know it's normal and I left my kid to let him suck, but now am worried. he always sucks his thumb, even while sleeping, walking, sitting, playing. I would suggest you to put mittens or just be with baby all the time. Babies get addicted to thumb sucking when he is left alone.
