#AskTheExpert My 2yrs 3months daughter suffering from constipation problem frequently so we did barium enema as doctor suggested and report saying that mild narrowing of rectum with dilatation of the proximal sigmoid colon? Hirschprungs disease. suggested histopathological correlation. please suggest how to proceed further. why it is required surgery if it is mild narrowing of rectum. is it possible to clear with medicines? is it constipation that much serious problem? I don't want to go surgery as she is small kid.
