Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cougjth expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

it might happen because of low immunity or allergy to something like dust ,pollen etc
so please check it with your pediatrician.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving sugary and cold food items.
prefer weather appropriate clothes.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day
