#AskTheExpert my 23 months old baby is not interested in brushing how to make her to brush

A. Hi.. use flavoured age appropriate fluoride free kids toothpaste in rice grain size amount along with small head soft bristles toothbrush twice daily upto the age of 3 years..you have to assist your child while brushing.

A. Buy your baby her favourite coloured baby toothbrush and give her the brush whenever you do your daily brushing routine (morning and night). Eventually she will try to imitate you and will get the habit of brushing. After few days itself she will ask for her brush when it is the time to brush.

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
