#AskTheExpert my 21 days old baby is having cough from last 3-4 days. is there a suitable cough medicine for such a young bsby? I visited paediatrician 3 days ago that time it was mot much sever so he didn't prescribed any medicine

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalatiofn which wdould be helpful . Cough Syp should be givevn only after a proper evaltuation .
