some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
Here the diet modification should be tried first so encourage fibre diet give fruits and vegetable . Avoid excess of cows or buffalo milk and maifda containing food .
Medications like lactulose , milkh of magnesia and Peg (muout ) powderare used .
In emergency situation soap water with finger stimulation in rectal area and glycerine suppository can be tried .

Healthy eating and drinking can help you feel better too. And foods that are high in fibre are good for avoiding constipation. These foods include cereals, fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water will also help you avoid constipation and stay hydrated
