#asktheexpert My 2 year old baby boy has patches of skin gone on tongue what is the reason.. He doesnt show any hesitation in eating spicey food though..

Patches on the tongue can be due to oral thrush.. Consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
