ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Try and give small and frequent meals to your child. Make his food look interesting, try new recipes. Make nutrient dense food. Include foods like paneer, ragi, potato, curd, sprouts, nuts, banana and dals.
Try recipes like - fruit lassi, aloo cheese paratha, paneer tikki, egg sandwich, ragi nuts porridge, banana smoothie, sprouts dosa etc.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
