Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children3 years agoA. keep the area clean hygienic and dry apply some coconut oil on the affected area and wash it gently while giving a bath avoid wearing any kind of threads neck piece etc can put a little baby powder in between your palms and apply so that the skin is dry and doesn't sweat if the problem persists consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
