#AskTheExpert My 2 month old baby is passing motion as per the attached picture. The frequency is once a day or sometime once in 2 days. Is the frequency ok? Is the motion colour/type ok? The baby is on Breast as well as on Top feed.

stool routine micro and stool cultuere.
it will help in defining if it is viral or bacterial diarrhoea.
antibiotics to be started or to be upgraded will be decided by the etreating dr after examination of child and evaluation of lab reports.
till that time avoid outside milk and offer only easily digestible food
