#asktheexpert .my 2 month baby is suffering from colic...she cries every evening from 5pm to 9pm. it seems that she has stomache. it is happening from last 5 days. every time gas release she feels comfortable. she also put her fist into mouth .what can I do to make it stop. plz plz help....

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. putting fist in mouth is normal. no problem with taht. colic and gas is a normal issue. always give breast feed directly avoid bottle feeds. give meftal spas 0. 5 ml for colic

for colic you may use anti colic drops in appropriate quantity to relieve her pain
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
You (mother) should not use RO water as it's demineralized
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 340
Taken more probiotics and millets in your diet.
