A. Hello dear parent! At this age the maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods. Keep changing the menu so that the baby will taste different foods and flavours. Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
