#asktheexpert my 2.5 months old baby have feed for only 5 minutes earlier she used to feed for 20-25 minutes. why is she consuming less milk now?

A. No no it’s not like that sometimes parents don’t realise that is with growing age the latching capacity becomes better they are more active in doing sucking onto the nipples to take a feed initially when the small process is very slow because they cannot take that much of an effort to continuously suck which is why they take a longer time and as the age progress they become better with it
