Maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day once in the morning and once in the night before sleeping that’s very important and I hope your child is not taking that midnight feeding because that can also be a big reason behind bad smell and despite of maintaining proper oral hygiene smell is still coming then you should consult a dentist
