#asktheexpert my 2.25 months old baby's maximum nap time is 2 hours in one stretch. She is on exclusive breastfeeding. can you please suggest how I can increase her sleep time?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, The sleep patterns wont be the same, it would keep on changing , so not to worry, babies though sleep well when they are well fed and also body is at ease , which massages and warm water bath helps,
