A. fennel oil smell from colicaid drops congested my babies nose ..can I give bonissan instead of colocaid

A. this is quite normal in babies This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
