#AskTheExpert My 16 month old son is being breastfed. Can we introduce cow's milk as well? what is the proper age to introduce cow's milk?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning!! Until one year breast milk or formula milk is suggested. One year + onwards you can introduce cow, buffalo or packet milk ,as baby is 16 months you can offer cow milk but check suitability because for few cow milk doesn't suit. Feed small quantity for 2-3 days if no motions, vomitings, Constipation, allergy then you can continue to feed.
