#AskTheExpert My 15 month old daughter is very fussy about food. She doesn't seem to show any interest in food, as though she doesn't like eating. What can we do to arise her interest in food?

A. normal in toddler s. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

Hi Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development
