#AskTheExpert my 14 month old keeps on asking for breastmilk all the time. before 1 year he hardly used to ask for milk. but now he is stuck to me all the time. what should i do?

A. Hi parent, toddlers don't just nurse for nutrition or quench their thirst; they do so when they are craving connection, attention, are tired, bored, etc. So your toddler may want to nurse a lot sometimes. Other times, they may only nurse a few times a day. This is normal.
