Q.

#AskTheExpert My 14 days old baby is constantly asking for milk and not letting us give the time to burp him. Eventually he throws up some digested milk from his mouth and nose. Should I be concerned about this?

A. after the feeding is over make sure that you put the baby in an upright position for sometime and meanwhile you burp. the vomiting could be because of gastric reflux or even acidity. little bit of curdled milk is fine but if it is coming through the nose it usually means that it is because of reflux or over feeding

A. hi yeah..it happens because of overfeeding/cluster feeding. but please try to offer small and frequent feeds. what you can do is try to distract your child by few minutes of feeding . keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
