#Asktheexpert My 10months daughter is lots of sweating from head even in winter. What may the reason & cure please. Otherwise she is quite normal She is feeding & playing well

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. it is common ,normal. babies have developed sweat glands on the head region only unlike adults who have in other regions as well for example armpit. the surface area of the skin on baby's head is more than the surface area of the baby's body , when compared to an adult and so its very normal for all babies to sweat on head
ensure that the room is not very warm and baby is wearing comfortable clothing
