#AskTheExpert my 10days old newborn baby has caught severe cold and sneezing a lot. what should i do give her relief.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child
You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
Continue the regular diet of the child
If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
For fever and pain give paracetamol
give breastfeeding at frequent intervals

give steam inhalation..
use Nasoclear saline drops..
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time..
use Babyhug baby rub..
