#AskTheExpert my 10days baby boy needs always breastfeeding may I know , why he is like that and not sleeping well plz answer me as soon as possible

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it s ok check flow breast milk is the complete nutrition to baby till first six months of age also it contains natural antibodies for baby immunity against infections and best for digestion . Formula milk should not be given at all unless advised by pediatrician . No need to give gripe water or ghutti below 6 months of age
