DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he is having a body temperature 100.8 degrees then give him frequent breast feeding and 1 ml paracetamol drops three times a day

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can cdalso do cold sponging of the body if required
