if he is ok otherwise then no need. he will get better.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

This is is due to teething.
It is a natural process and will be fine on its own. So no need to worry.
Clean the mouth area with soft cotton cloth to avoid rashes around the mouth area.
