Q.

#AskTheExpert My 1-year-old daughter tends to drink a lot of water during meals, she would take a bite & then a sip, and then again... she doesn't drink as much water otherwise...for adults, one is asked to refrain from drinking water during meals, so does that apply to babies as well? or should I let her do what she is doing...

A. it's fine, but if he is taking water properly rest if the day than donot guve in betewen meal. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

A. Having little bit of water is completely normal but if your child is having too much of water that and that is not good that actually affects the digestion of the child and it’s not even good for the health of the child so you need to stop that actually
