#asktheexpert My 1 month old is suffering from collic, and due to that it is really difficult for him to sleep. Pls suggest what shall i do to make him more comfortable.

It's called as sweet flag or vasambu it'svery good for colic, digestion, immunity booster. It should be mixed with milk and consumed everyday.
