POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. It is most likely an enlarged lymph node. Lymph nodes are body's first line of defense and the one below your child's ear may have increased in size due to the existent rash, or cold/cough/fever. Once the reason is resolved, it's size will reduce on its own.
