#AskTheExpert my 1.8 yr kid has bad order and she poops once in 2 days and this happens after stopping my feeding she cries in night as well with stomach discomfort

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits.
Changes in diet has to be made
Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation.
Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine.
it is important for you to know thxat the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child.
You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipatixon medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.
