#AskTheExpert my 1.8 year old son has fever since 4 days.. last night his temperature gone upto 102.5 and didn't low down after medication my doctor said its viral but i worried About my son what should i do

A. Give pcm as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced time interval . For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever ..Always use room temperature water/tap water..not cool water
